Registration:

Registrations are open throughout the year and are confirmed by filling out the Admission Form at the campus. An appointment card is issued for the admission test, and an interview is conducted by the School Head.
Registration fee is non-refundable and is charged at the time of registration.
Registration does not in any way confirm or guarantee the admission.

ADMISSION IN NURSERY & PREP CLASS

  1. Admission opens in February, admission forms are made available during 2nd fortnight of January.
  2. Age-Minimum 4 years for Nursery and 5 years for Prep. Class.
  3. Completed Admission Forms must be submitted to office before the prescribed date.
  4. Photocopy of Registration Form “B” or computerized Birth Certificate issued by Cantt Board or the Union Council must be attached to the admission form.
  5. Child is called for interview (written test for class Prep) along with parents on the date & time communicated through call letter.
  6. Admission is confirmed on payment of prescribed fee.
  7. Class commence with the beginning of new session.

Admission to Class I through X

  1. Admission to class 1 to 10th are open during the first week of new session.
  2. Admissions are strictly based on a written admission test. Date of Admission test is displayed on notice board or can be asked from the office.
  3. Report/result card of previous school should be presented in original.
  4. Successful students are required to pay admission/tuition fee immediately and join the class.
  5. Documents to be attached to the admission form:-

       ♦            Original school leaving certificate from previous school.

       ♦            Photocopy of NADRA’s Registration Certificate (From “B”).

  1. Student who does not qualify for admission to the desired class may be offered admission to a step down subject to availability of seat.
  2. Student seeking admission in 10 Class should have been registered in any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education and following documents must be attached to admission form:-

       ♦            School leaving certificate from the previous school.

       ♦            N.O.C and from the board where the student was registered.

                   (Not required in case of registration with Federal Board Islamabad.)

  1. The school Management has its sole discretion to reject any admission without assigning any reason. 
  2. Admission to 9th & 10th class are strictly subject to clearance of Entry Test.
